Higher Education

Bachelor

• 12 years of education is required for admission in Bachelors
• 55% in HSSC
• 5.5 IELTS is required. Some universities give exemption.
• Duration of bachelor is 3-4 years.

Postgraduate

• 16 years of education is required
• A minimum of 60% marks or 2.6 CGPA in the latest degree,
• 6 IELTS is required. Some universities give exemption.
• Duration of Masters is 2 years

Language Requirements

Some universities give exemption for the English Language Test. Generally, to study in Hungary, you need to demonstrate English proficiency with one of the following recognized certificates:

Students Visa Process

1. Confirm your admission to the university in Hungary. 
2. Schedule a visa appointment with the nearest Hungarian embassy or consulate.
3. Pay the visa processing fee of €80.
4. Bring the completed application form and mentioned required documents to your visa appointment. 
5. Submit proof of your education and financial stability as part of your visa application. 
6. Wait for up to a month for your visa decision. 
7. Travel to Hungary once your visa is approved. 
8. Obtain your residence permit within 30 days of arriving in Hungary.
