We first develop a database of the CVs as per the demand of the recruiters. Our team performs rigorous check on the candidates’ background after which the candidates go through strict scrutiny. We hold initial interviews and shortlist the suitable candidates. after developing a strong candidature, we provide the list to the HR managers of the partner organisations helping them save their precious time.
If needed, we provide in-house training to the potential employees as per job description provided by the companies. First of all before we start looking for employees we make content making up the job and then and then we manage the cv and resume and after complete assessment we shortlist candidates.
